Quick tips: registering

• Choose Create account, then enter your company's details and your own sign-in details.
• We email you a link. Open it within 24 hours and select Confirm my email to finish.
• If your company has worked with DSC before, enter the same Tax ID / EIN. DSC links your account to the existing vendor record after confirming it, and emails you when that's done.
• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page.

Quick tips: submitting a bid

• Each solicitation lists its questions-due date and its bid opening date and time.
• Follow the instructions in the solicitation documents for how and when to submit your bid.
